The Constitution of the International Association of MBA Presidents
                                                                                   Adopted August 12, 2005

Preamble:
We the members of the International Association of MBA Presidents stand by a common thread that ties our rich, wondrous and differing perspectives and
experiences: business shall be done with a genuine concern for the constructive improvement of our community locally, nationally and in the global economy. In
keeping with the venue of electronic government, both in concept and in the case of this Association, the central mode of governance, we stand committed to
raising the bar of honor, ethics and conduct both in our business lives and lives outside the job.

Article One:
The International Association of MBA President shall not discriminate against or withhold membership for any MBA President solely because of a particular sex,
faith, national origin, belief(s), orientation(s), or sovereign differences that are/deserve to be afforded to all people on this planet. The Association shall commit
itself to diversity, integrity and the forum of free and independent thought and opinion.

Article Two:
In the interest of keeping the International Association of MBA Presidents a free and open forum for all of its members to share ideas and debate their diverse
points of view, the Association shall hold any one nation above another, have any official language, official religious affiliation or controlling sponsor other than the
Association’s lawful owners.

Article Three:
No member shall ever be impeached for views differing from other members as long as those views don’t advocate violence, insurrection, segregation or threat
against other members or the community in general. Conversely, no membership shall be extended to those who advocate violence, insurrection, segregation or
threat against other members or the community in general.

Article Four:
No member shall act on behalf of the International Association of MBA Presidents without permission from the Association’s President. Likewise, the
Association may not act specifically on behalf of any specific member, by name, without the permission from the respective member.

Article Five:
It is the expressed goal of the Association to have at least one member from every country on the planet that fields a college with an MBA Association. Being
that the Association is headquartered within the United States, it must follow its laws; with that said, the Association urges the United State to allow any
American-headquartered association to allow membership from a citizen of every country on Earth.

Article Six:
Association members are expected to carry themselves at standards above whatever implied laws, and/or custom of practices of the particular culture they are a
part of. Simply stated: one’s conscious is a valid litmus test for matters that may be allowed by a particular jurisdiction but are nonetheless wrong.

Article Seven:
Each Association member should consider herself/himself a role model and conduct herself/himself accordingly both in their business lives and lives outside of
business.

Article Eight:
In the event that the Association Chair dies or becomes permanently incapacitated, the Association membership shall set up an electronic forum via one of the
world’s top-five search engines based on total membership, and hold an electronic election within 120 days of the Chair’s death or permanent incapacitation to
elect a new Chair for a term two years before a new set of governance standards must be established and approved by a majority of voting members. Ownership
of the International Association of MBA Presidents shall remain to the lawful heirs of the founder, but said heirs have no legal authority to shut down or suspend
the International Association of MBA Presidents.

I. Justin Curtis Ermer Lacche, being the lawfully designated Chair of the International Association of MBA Presidents hereby certify the official and immediate
adoption of this Constitution of the International Association of MBA Presidents on this day, August 12, 2005.
